This package includes ticket with access to Mammoth Mountain on 2 of 4 consecutive days, and printable booklet.
With the highest summit elevation in the state of California and 3,500 skiable acres (1,400 ha), Mammoth Mountain offers winter sports enthusiasts of all skill levels a huge variety of terrain to explore, with the added benefit of 300 days a year of SoCal sunshine.
There’s plenty of ground to cover at Mammoth, with 151 runs, groomers up to 3 miles (4.8 km) in length, and a 3,100-foot (944-m) vertical drop. Mammoth Mountain runs 28 lifts, including 3 high-speed gondolas, 9 high-speed quads, and 2 high-speed 6 packs that help whisk skiers from base to summit at a clip of 50,000 riders per hour.
With the top of the hill rising to an altitude of 11,052 feet (3,368 m), Mammoth sees more than 400 inches (10.16 m) of snowfall each year, and the altitude ensures good snow quality throughout the season. Ride the Panorama Gondola to the summit, where advanced skiers can access the mountain’s tree glades, open bowls, mogul runs, and rocky chutes, and visitors less inclined to tackle the technical couloirs can focus on the view. On a clear day—as most are—a 360-degree vista of the Sierra Nevadas and San Juaquin River Valley stretches out before you.
If jumps, pipes, and rails are more your style, hone your skills in Mammoth’s 9 terrain parks of varying difficulty—from the Unbound Playground for beginners to the pro-level set-ups at Unbound Main.
